Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 and 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup oil seeds
Grated peel of 1 lemon
1 Yeast bag for cakes
1 vanillin pouch
2 tablespoons cocoa or nesquick

Divide the egg whites from the yolks and whip them together with a cup of sugar and vanillin until you get a light and fluffy cream.

Now add the egg yolks one by one and keep stirring.

Add the oil very slowly, then combine the grated lemon peel and stir.

Now incorporate the flour (1 cup and a half) a little at a time and stir to incorporate it well. Add the yeast bag last.

Take a high mould 10/15 cm with diameter of 22cm, buttered and flour, pour in 2/3 of the dough.

Add 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa or nesquik to the remaining dough and mix with the children. Pour the dark impact over the light in the mould of the donut.
