Lindt cake
Lindt cake is the classic smash recipe of which you can not do without. It prepares with the Lindt chocolate more precise with the Lindor chocolate which is irresistibly delicious.
It is a soft dark chocolate Lindt tart and a chocolate ganache Lindor to prepare the Lindt cake you have to use a special mould with the raised base that once upside down a hollow is formed to pour the mixture, the Lindor ganache.
How to prepare the Lindt cake
Ingredients:
For the base of tart:
3 eggs
50 g butter
150 gr of sugar
100 gr of flour
100 gr dark chocolate Lindt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
for icing:
100 gr Chocolate Lindor
100 gr Chocolate Lindt
200 ml cream
50 gr butter
Procedure:
Start with the preparation of the base: In a saucepan melt the dark chocolate Lindt together with the butter and make it cold.

In a bowl mounted with electric whips or by hand the eggs with sugar until you get a frothy cream.


Add the melted dark chocolate, then add the flour, assemble and add the yeast to the last to obtain a homogeneous mixture.



Butter and flour The mould for the tart (28 cm mould) and pour the mixture.


Bake in a pre-warmed oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
Make the tart base cool very well for at least 2 hours otherwise it will absorb the icing.
Now let’s prepare the Lindor chocolate glaze.
In a saucepan melt the butter, the chocolate Lindor, the chocolate Lint with milk and the cream stirring continuously until you get a smooth cream.

Cover with film and let it cool.
Tip the tart on a plate and fill the groove that has created with the icing.
Place the Lindt cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
