Fresh salmon

Fresh salmon is a very popular fish, with a tasty taste, it is rich in phosphorus, iron, calcium and Omega 3 and has a strong beneficial effect on our body.

The salmon is excellent both raw and cooked, you can prepare many recipes from the appetizer to first and second courses and many other delicious dishes.

The fresh salmon in the pan is a second course of fish , tasty and genuine.

It is a basic recipe to which you can also add cherry tomatoes and black olives very well or add to taste various

flavors to  red pepper, tyme , ginger, coriander, basil or turmeric and more ,to flavor tha salmon as you like.

The fresh salmon in the pan is a savory dinner recipe,wich you can prepare at the last minute,not giving up a healthy and tasy dinner.

Ingredients :              

  • 2 slices of fresh salmon about 20 gr each
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh parsley
  • dry white wine
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper
  • ginger powder
  • turmeric powder
  • a pinch of chili

Method:

In a non-stick pan, put 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil and place the slices of salmon.

Cook the slices of salmon browning for 1 minute on medium heat, do not turn the fish continuously or the meat will flake.

Season the slices of salmon with chopped herbs, parsley, ginger, turmeric, salt, pepper and chilli.

Leave to flavor with the aromas and add the white wine.

Let evaporate for a few minutes, when the wine has evaporated turn the slices of salmon again.

Serve with the cooking sauce.
