Home made bread quick recipe, in less than 2 hours you get a light bread well honeycomb and with a nice crust, just like the one bought.
It is prepared very easily, the ingredients are mixed in a bowl, left to rise for an hour and a half and it takes only half an hour to cook in the oven. I used whole wheat flour, but you can use any type of flour you want.
Ingredients for 2 loaves of bread:
- 500 gr whole wheat flour
- 370 ml water
- 12 gr (half a cube) fresh yeast
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
How to prepare the home made bread quick recipe
1. First melt the yeast and honey in 50 ml of warm water.
2. Take a bowl put all the flour and in the middle add all the yeast dissolved in the water and the remaining water, then mix well with a wooden spoon if possible.
3. Then add the salt to the sticky dough and stir again.
4. Now sprinkle the whole surface with the flour, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for an hour and a half.
5. Once the dough is leavened it will have cracks all over the surface.
6. Line a baking sheet with well-floured baking paper and transfer the whole dough with the floured part facing upwards.
7. Divide the dough into two or three parts and place them together to form two loaves of bread.
8. Bake in preheating oven at 230 degrees for half an hour.
