Donut Soft Recipe
Donut soft recipe is my son’s favorite and I want to tell you that I do it with great pleasure, considering that it is extraordinarily fragrant and delicious.
The donut is the grandmother’s classic dessert which, with its soft and soft consistency, manages to bring everyone together, young and old.
If you have little time available and want to prepare a genuine dessert to dip in milk for breakfast or to accompany a cup of tea for a snack, I propose a simple and guaranteed recipe: never eaten a tastier and softer donut!
The ingredients are counted on the fingers of one hand, they are all we have at home: flour, butter, eggs, milk and sugar.
A little baking powder, a sprinkling of icing sugar and the magic is ready.
The recipe is very tested, you will also love your little ones and not only!
Ingredients for a 22 cm mould:
- 300 grams flour 00 or wholemeal
- 300 grams sugar (you can also use cane)
- 150 grams melted butter
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar Bread Angels
- 1 Sachet Yeast Bread angels
- 180 ml whole milk glass
- The peel of a grated lemon

How to prepare the donut soft recipe
The procedure for preparing the soft donut is very easy.
Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Pour in a greasy mould with a little oil or butter and sprinkle with flour and cook your donut in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Make the test of the Toothstick, let it cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
