Crumbled with ricotta and chocolate
Crumbled with ricotta and chocolate is a tart with crumbled pastry, an easy recipe to make with just a few simple steps.
You can try it in different variations, I made it with ricotta and dark chocolate and with custard, apples and cinnamon, an excellent combination.

Ingredients:
For the base:
- 450 Gr of 00 flour
- 200 Gr sugar
- 200 Gr butter
- a pinch of salt
- one vanilline sachet
- a packet of baking powder
- 1 egg
For the stuffing:
- 500 Gr cow ricotta
- 150 Gr sugar
- 100 gr dark chocolate
How to make crumbled with ricotta and chocolate
Method:
1. In a bowl mix the flour, creamy butter, sugar, a pinch of salt, vanillin, baking powder and egg.
Mix everything with your hands until all the ingredients are mixed together.
You have to get a crumbly dough.
2. In another bowl, work the ricotta with the sugar until it becomes creamy and then add the dark chocolate into small pieces.
3. Take a 26 cm pan, butter it, then pour 2/3 of the obtained mixture, level and pour the ricotta and chocolate mixture.

Add the remaining dough and bake 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
When the surface is golden, the crumbled will be ready.
Let it cool and sprinkle the tart with icing sugar.Enjoy!
