Ingredients:
- 1 chicken of about 1.5 kg
- spice mixture: sweet paprika, rosemary, turmeric, hot pepper, garlic

- salt

Method
1. First of all, take a bottle of beer, wash it and remove the label.
2. Wash the chicken in cold water and dry it with absorbent paper.
Prepare a mixture with all the spices, grease the chicken first with the oil and then with the spices outside and inside.
3. Place the chicken on the full beer bottle and transfer to a baking dish adding a glass of water.
In this way the fats that will lose the meat during cooking will not burn.
If necessary, add more water later.
4. Cook in a ventilated oven at 200 degrees for an hour and a half, until the chicken is golden.
Usually it takes 1 hour per kg of meat, my chicken is 1.5 kg so cooking is good for an hour and a half.
5. After this time, check the cooking with a fork and when cooked, sprinkle the chicken with lemon juice.
6. Transfer the roast chicken to a serving dish and add a little cooking sauce.
7. Cut the baked chicken into pieces on the loaf and serve hot.
