Meatballs with sauce
Meatballs with sauce ,we all have a recipe from the heart, the one that refers us to a particular moment … be it sweet or savory.
But there is a recipe that is loved by most, especially by children: it is the meatballs with sauce, the amarcord par excellence!
We are not saying that the meatballs with the sauce are exclusive; there are those who love the classic ones, there are those who prefer them of cod, zucchini or vegetarian; in short, there are many and each has a favorite version, because these delicious tidbits are really irresistible!

Meatballs with sauce , a classic recipe, beloved by everyone big and small.
With the sauce prepared you can dress a plate of pasta and the meatballs can be used as a second cours.
You will then have both a first and a second course with a single preparation.
That’s how i prepare the meatballs.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 Gr minced meat
- 750 ml tomato puree
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices of sliced bread
- Half a glass of milk
- 2 tablespoons of pecorino or parmesan cheese
- A garlic clove
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepe
Proceedings
In a bowl soften the slices of bread in the milk and then squeeze them well.
Put together then, the minced meat, the wrung bread, the pecorino or the parmesan, the eggs, the chopped parsley, salt, and the pepper.
Amalgamate all the ingredients well.
When the dough is smooth formed some meatballs that you put on a plate.
Cover with the film and rest the meatballs in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Golden the clove of garlic in the oil, add the meatballs and fry them on all sides, turning them taking care not to break them.
Salted and peped.
When they are nicely golden, add the tomato sauce.
Leave to cook in the tomato sauce for about 40 minutes.

Serve the meatballs very hot.
