Shrimps with cherry tomatoes

You must know that my fishmonger Lorenzo, if he finds something beautiful and really fresh at a good price at the market, sends me a message and today he told me he had very fresh prawns … and why not spoil a little Simo who loves them? however no one forbids you to keep a pack of frozen shrimp in the freezer and defrost them whenever you feel like it, I assure you they are very fast and will also save you some last minute dinner.

Ingredients:
- Fresh frozen shrimp or prawns
- 200 Gr Pachino cherry tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of Glio
- Parsley
- Ground black pepper
- Chili
- Dry white wine
Proceedings
Wash the shrimps with cold tap water and drain them.

In a pan add the extra virgin olive oil and brown the garlic with the chilli pepper.

As soon as the garlic is golden, add the prawns, cover with a lid and cook for about 3 minutes.

Blend with white wine and evaporate in high heat.
Now add the tomatoes washed, dried and cut to put.

Continue cooking for another 5 minutes and check for salt.
When the cooking is finished, transfer the prawns to a serving dish, seasoned with the tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and chopped fresh parsley.

Serve the shrimps with cherry tomatoes sauce..
