Ingredients:

  • 2 Fresh or frozen sole
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic a clove
  • Salt

Proceedings

  1. Wash and dry the sole.

2. In a pan add the extra virgin olive oil and golden the garlic that you will then remove.

3. Wash and cutin a half the tomatoes.

4. Fry the sole on both sides together with the tomatoes.
