Donuts
Donuts are a sweet fried dessert, soft and irresistible in the empty variant that stuffed and are easy to prepare.

Donuts are prepared with a simple dough leavened, fried, and then sprinkled with powdered sugar and served.
Ingredients:
- 500 gr flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 350 ml milk
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- 30 g fresh Brewer’s yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Lemon peel
- A pinch of salt
- Icing sugar
- Oil for frying
How to prepare the donuts
Procedure:
Mix the yeast with the sugar spoon and the warm milk.
Add 300 grams of flour and the egg yolks, stir well, helping with an electric whisk.
Add the salt, vanilla sugar, lemon peel and the rest of the flour.
It must be a smooth and elastic dough. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Once the dough has risen, spread the dough on a floured pastry board and with a rolling pin make a pastry with a thickness of 4 mm.
Take a pasta size of 6 cm diameter and make the circles of dough.
Let the doughnut rise for another 10 minutes.

Heat in a frying pan the oil to fry, and when it is boiling fry the donut a few at a time.
Fry them on both sides and lift when they are beautiful golden.

Put them on absorbent paper when they’re ready.
Sprinkle with vanilla icing sugar.
Now they are ready to serve!
