Sauce with ribs, it is a sauce that we all love especially when the season gets colder, a classic sauce that puts everyone in agreement.
A meat sauce that goes very well with any type of pasta, but if accompanied by polenta everything becomes tastier and more sensational.
How to prepare ribs and sausages sauce
Ingredients for 6 people:
800 grams of pork trim
6 Sausages
2 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
1 bottle with and half of tomato sauce
Half a glass of red wine
2 Dice
Oil 3 tablespoons

First you have to cut the trim to pieces or fixins cut by your butcher of Fiduccia.
In a pot prepare a saute with garlic, oil and chilli.
Add the ribs and sausages and brown them on all sides for a few minutes with a lively flame.

Blend with white wine, cook for 5 minutes always at high heat, once the wine has evaporated, add the nuts, the laurel and the tomato sauce, take the boil again, cover with a lid and lower the flame to a minimum, continue to cook for at least 3 hours. .

The secret of a good sauce is the slow cooking, to have a very tender meat you have to cook for at least 3 hours.
When the cooking is finished check the salt.
Now dress your pasta with the sauce.
I used the fresh fettuccine.
In a pot boil the water and cook the fettuccine for 2-3 minutes, take them out again to the tooth and season with the sauce.

Serve the meat and sausages as a second dish or season the polenta.
