Shrimp spaghetti
Shrimp spaghetti is a perfect weeknight meal that breaks the boredom of ‘the same old thing’ for dinner!
This shrimp spaghetti is a perfect dish can be on the table in les than a half an hour and clean up is easy ,too.
It is possible to use both fresh and frozen shrimps, which will thaw previously at room temperature or under cold tap water.
Be sure to use really good quality ingredients: oil, fresh garlic, good pasta and good quality shrimp are imperative for a good tasting dish because there aren’t tons of spices to cover up the flavor.
Here is my very tasty recipe of shrimp spaghetti.
How to prepare shrimp spaghetti
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 350 GR Spaghetti
- 20 fresh or frozen shrimp or prawns
- 200 Gr Pachino cherry tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Chili
- Dry white wine
Proceedings
Wash the shrimp with cold tap water and drain them.

In a pan add the extra virgin olive oil and brown the garlic with the chilli pepper.

As soon as the garlic is golden, add the prawns, cover with a lid and cook for about 3 minutes.

Blend with white wine and evaporate in high heat.
Now add the tomatoes washed, dried and cut .

Continue cooking for another 5 minutes and check for salt.
Remove some prawns and shell them, put aside, serve to dress the spaghetti together with the sauce of prawns and cherry tomatoes.
Now cook the spaghetti in a pot with boiling salted water, drain as soon as cooked and dress with the yummy sauce prepared previously, adding also the shelled prawns.
Finally serve your shrimp spaghetti.
